Our “Kırmızı” branded plaster machines are covered by a six-month warranty from the date of sale.

Warranty parts and warranty conditions are as follows.

  1. Pumping Motor (5.5 KW): Mains electricity should always be around 380-400 volts. In case of any trip, the motor thermal relay must be pressed at most once. The motor windings will light up if this pressure and starting condition is repeated several times. The combustion of the motor windings is not covered by the warranty, as this is due to the described reason.
  2. Compressor: Malfunctions due to dirty filters are again out of scope.
  3. Water Pump: Defects caused by running without water or using dirty water are not covered by the warranty.
  4. Mixer Hopper Motor: Overloading, use of damp and ground material are not covered by the warranty.
  5. Electric Panel: In any case it is not covered by the warranty.
  6. Machine Maintenance: The machine cannot be intervened, even a screw cannot be compressed or dismantled anywhere except our company or its authorized dealer.

NOTE: Other than the above-mentioned inconveniences, problems that may occur on your machine are covered by the warranty. Under the Consumer Protection Act, consumers must comply with the abovementioned clauses and explanations. If the operating instructions are not followed, the machine warranty coverage will be deactivated by the consumer compliance laws.
